🎯 Gp Capt Yogesh Pai is a graduate of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and a Veteran IAF Pilot. He has served as an Instructor at NDA, Air Force Academy, and the Helicopter Training School. Alongside his aviation career, he is an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune University, and has a certification in Disaster Management from Bournemouth University, UK. 

He opted for retirement from IAF after more than 30 years of service to the nation and is now an International Certified Career Coach, gainfully utilising his leadership, training, and mentoring experience to help students uncover their strengths and design fulfilling career paths.  He believes that every student deserves clarity, confidence, and direction — and his mission is to make career planning an empowering and enjoyable journey, not a stressful one. Through his platform Happy Happening Careers, he has guided over 500 students across India and abroad, helping them select the right streams, explore interdisciplinary options, and align their goals with real-world opportunities.

🎯 Nidhi Kothiyal is a counselling psychologist and hypnotherapist with over 19 years of professional experience in mental health, training, and corporate consulting. She has served as a consultant psychologist with IIT Delhi and YesMindy Mental Health Clinic, Noida, and has facilitated numerous workshops on cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and adolescent mental health for the Army Welfare Education Society, Manipal University, and corporate organisations across India. 

A lifetime and Executive Committee member of the Academy of Hypnosis, India, she has organised and presented papers at international conferences and clinical forums. She is the author of Healing Through Past Life Regression: True Case Stories and is currently pursuing her PhD in Positive Psychology from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. 

Her therapeutic approach integrates modern psychotherapies such as CBT, ACT, IPT, and clinical hypnotherapy with a deep understanding of consciousness and human potential.

🎯 Suresh Kumar is a seasoned corporate trainer and communication coach with over 18 years of experience in training, coaching, and people development. An Indian Air Force veteran, he brings discipline, clarity, and strong behavioural insight to every learning engagement.

He has worked with 100+ organisations across the public and private sectors, including leading PSUs, government bodies, and corporates. Suresh specialises in helping individuals and teams overcome behavioural and mindset barriers that impact communication, confidence, and performance.

His training philosophy is grounded in the belief that performance gaps are rarely due to lack of skill but are often caused by fear, self-doubt, overthinking, and limiting beliefs.
